Introduction

healthy choco cooki... small cookies healthy choco cooki... small cookies
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    honey 3 tbsp
    sesame seeds 1/10 c
    wheat bran 1/4 c
    peanut butter 1/3 c
    corn flakes crushed 1/4 c
    almonds and cashew nuts together 1/3 c
    cocoa powder unsweeted 2 tbs
    about 7 pieces chocolate (dark) from bar

Directions

melt honey, peanut butter and cocoa powder . Add dry ingredients. Rol the dough and make a big role of it, then wrap in tilfoil and let cool in fridge. melt chocolate au bain marie and take the role out of fridge and put the chocolate on top of thr dough, then again in fridge. when cooled cut 13 cookies out of it!

    i will use almond butter instead of peanut butter. sesame seeds are very high in calcium, and i love dark choc. - 5/9/09

    Yes! You are sooo right! almond butter is much better... I actually was thinking about it, but then I would have to make it myself.
