    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1/4 cup
    Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1/4 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .1/4 cup
    Red Onions or shallot, 1 tbsp minced
    Thyme, fresh, 3 tsp
    Dill weed, fresh, 1 tbsp minced
    Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp

Directions

Makes about 1 cup. 2 TBSP per serving

Stir all the ingredients together until smooth.
