Ingredients

    1 cup cantaloupe slices
    1/2 cup fat-free milk
    1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
    2 tsp honey
    1-2 ice cubes

Directions

Makes 1 serving

In a blender, process until smooth cantaloupe, milk, yogurt, honey and ice cubes.

  • Simple and delicious. I freeze cantaloupe when the season explodes. After the fresh are gone we make this, minus the ice cubes. It has a wonderful delicate flavor and makes a satisfying midday snake. - 10/2/12
