Overnight Strawberry Oatmeal

Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 block tofu
    1 T honey
    1.5 c milk
    1/2 c old fashioned rolled oats
    2 T flaxseed
    1 1/2 c strawberry halves

Directions

Combine all ingredients, shaking to mix thoroughlly, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, shake and pour into two bowls. Eat cold or heat according to preference.
