Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 box instant vanilla pudding mix, 4 serving size
    1/2 t salt
    1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
    1 block firm tofu
    2 c cooked oatmeal, unsalted

Directions

Place tofu and pumpkin in a mixer, whip until smooth. Add pudding mix and salt; whip until smooth. With a spoon, stir in oatmeal. Serve.

Makes four servings of approximately 1 1/2 c each.
