Feta Pasta Salad

Introduction

This is a great idea if you love feta cheese!!! It is a great alternative to the normal mac salad with mayo. Adds a kick to any picnic!! This is a great idea if you love feta cheese!!! It is a great alternative to the normal mac salad with mayo. Adds a kick to any picnic!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2C Feta cheese crumbled ( plain or garlic herb or sun dried tomato and herb blends)
    1/2 lb Penne Pasta ( or any other kind of pasta) cooked
    12 grape tomatoes
    20 black olives
    1C Balsalmic Vinegrette salad dressing (low fat of course will make this recipie healthier)
    10 Leaves of fresh Basil chopped
    1- 2 serving package of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni

Directions

Gather together all ingredients. Boil the water to cook the pasta. Once boiling drop in the pasta and cook to your liking. While the pasta is cooking get a large mixing bowl. Add all the other ingredients into the bowl. Mix together till all foods are coated with the vinegrette. Add the cooked and drained pasta and mix well. You may need to add a little more dressing. some like more than others. Chill and serve cold.
