Philadelphia New York Cheesecake w/Splenda

Introduction

Philadelphia New York Cheesecake recipe modified with Splenda and 1/3 less fat Neufchatel cheese - taken from cream cheese box.

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 3/4 c. Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs
    3 Tblsp. butter
    3 Tblsp. Splenda
    5 - 8 oz. pkgs. Philadelphia 1/3 less fat Neufchatel cheese
    1 c. Splenda
    3 Tblsp. flour
    1 Tblsp. vanilla
    1 c. Hood reduced fat sour cream
    4 eggs

Directions

Heat oven to 325.
Mix crumbs, 3 tblsp. Splenda and melted butter.
Press into bottom of spring pan and bake 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat Neufchatel cheese, 1 c. splenda, flour and vanilla with mixer until blended.
Add sour cream, mix well.
Add eggs, 1 at a time on low speed after each just until blended.
Pour over crust.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool completely.
Refrigerate 4 hours.

**No topping is calculated in this recipe. I plan on cutting up strawberries and mixing them with Splenda, letting sit in refridgerator for 2 hours and using this as my topping.
