Ingredients

    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup
    Canola Oil, .67 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large

Directions

Grease and flour 13X9 in pan. set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, oil and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on low until just combines. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes more. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Frost with your favorite icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar, or use a glaze. Serves about 20.
