2 large eggs
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped raw onion
1 tablespoon shredded fat free mozzarella
Directions
Crack 2 eggs into tupperware container
Throw chopped green pepper in
Throw shredded f.f. mozzarella
Put top on
Bring to work
At work, tape top off, cover with paper towel and microwave for 1 minute on high
When done give it a quick stir and put back in for 45 seconds.
