Whole Wheat Waffles

Ingredients

    3 cups Hodgson Mill Multi Grain Buttermilk Pancake Mix W/Milled Flax Seed & Soy
    2Eggs
    3 cups Skim Milk
    6 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    6 packets Truvia Natural Sweetener

Directions

Preheat waffle iron.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Spray waffle iron with cooking spray.
Pour enough batter onto waffle iron to fill bottom portion. Close and cook until they are golden brown, about 5 min depending on waffle iron.

  • These were nutty & delicous! Very filling. I topped them with sugar free syrup, sliced strawberries, & whipped cream. Everyone raved about them!
