*Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp packed
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
*Egg white, lightly beaten, 2 serving
Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup
In small bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
Add small bowl mixture to large bowl mixture. Stir just unitl moistened. pour batter by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle. makes 16 pancakes.
