* Prunes, dried, 3 prune
* Honey, 0.7 tbsp
* Wheat germ, crude, 3 grams
* Almonds, 4 almond
Directions
For 1 person you need to mix all ingrdnts (expct.honey) and to pour boiling water.
Not to do it very liquid. Oats need to be moisten and airy together. Add honey and allow to draw for 5-6 min.

before eating. about amount of water - for filled with densely and add little more for swelling oats flakes
