Ingredients

Olive Oil, Galic - minced, Shallots - minced (i don't use them), OJ, Lime Juice, Honey, Oregano
Directions
1. Heat Olive Oil in small sauce pan
2. Add galic 1 tsp & Shallots 1 tsp - saute until they start turning brown
3. Add OJ & Lime Juice to the pan bring to a simmer, cook until the liquid is reduced by half
4. Remove pan from stove & mix in honey & oregano.

Looks good! Similar to a spring salad dressing I make (leave out garlic, shallots, oregano and don't cook).
Just to keep track next time I make it:
0.50 tbsp Honey
0.25 tbsp Olive Oil
0.13 cup Orange Juice
0.25 tsp Garlic
0.13 fl oz Lime Juice
0.13 tsp Oregano, ground
0.08 tbsp chopped Sha - 11/9/10
