Ingredients

rotinni whole wheat
Cheddar cheese
milk
butter
whole wheat flour
Directions
cook pasta till tender, in a seperate pan melt butter, then stir in 2tbs whole wheat flour and combine well. Cook for about 1min, then add the milk to a gravy like consisitancy. Add cheese, cook till melted. Pour cheese mixture over pasta and serve. Salt and pepper to taste. Curry is yum in this too.
