Ingredients

    5c flat leaf parsley
    1/2c bulgar wheat
    3 med tomatoes
    2 lrg lemons
    1/4c olive oil
    1/4c vegetable oil

Directions

place wheat in 1 cup of luke warm water
finely chop parsley
dice tomatoes
squeeze lemons

Place wheat in bottom of salad bowl
add all ingredients, toss, salt & pepper to taste, chill.
