Summer Lite Colored Pasta

Introduction

This is a great summer time add to any BBQ or Lunch on the Go Menu. It very light an healthy. I use the Colored Pasta for color. This is a great summer time add to any BBQ or Lunch on the Go Menu. It very light an healthy. I use the Colored Pasta for color.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    I Bag or Box Colored Pasta = 7 Servings
    1 Green Pepper
    1 Red Pepper
    1 Onion
    1 Jalapeno Pepper
    8 Tablespoons of Kraft Fat Free Dressing (or any generic brand) Italian
    Garlic Salt to taste

Directions

Boil the past as directed on the pasta box or bag. While the past is cooking, chop up all the veggies and place into a large bowl. Once the pasta is done, drain the noodles and wash off with cold water.

Mix everything together and then add the dressing with the Garlic Salt to taste.

One Serving = One Cup
