Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz egg noodles, enriched
    12 oz Tyson fully cooked diced chicken (2 pkgs)
    2 cps chopped Roma tomatoes
    1 cp fresh strawberries, halved
    4 cps fresh spinach leaves
    1 cp Kraft shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
    6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    --Can use fat free mozzarella and turkey bacon for lower calories---

Directions

Cook noodles as directed, drain. Cook bacon in skillet until crispy; drain and crumble. Add chicken to crumbled bacon in skillet and cook on low just until heated through. Chop tomatoes. Mix bacon/chicken with noodles. Add spinach, chopped tomatoes, strawberries, and 1/2 the cheese. Toss lightly to combine and top with remaining cheese.
Makes 8 servings, 1 1/2 cups each.
