Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 overripe bananas, mashed
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp each baking soda, baking powder, salt
Vanilla to taste
3/4 cup walnuts
Directions
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla, milk, and cinnamon. Mix well. Slowly stir in dry ingredients. Pour into muffin cups.
