EASY Creamy Chicken and Biscuits

Introduction

This is like pot pie, except the healthier alternative! Whole family loved it!! I used Pillsbury Grands Whole Wheat Biscuits instead of regular ones = healthier and less calories. Ingredients

    1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    2/3 cup non fat milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 can low-fat cream of chicken soup
    10 oz bag of mixed vegetables
    1 can Reduced Fat Whole Wheat Biscuits

Directions

In large saucepan, combine cooked chicken with remaining ingredients -- except biscuits. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring often. Bake biscuits as directed. Spoon 1 cup of chicken mixture over biscuit halves. Make a toss salad and serve. Makes 6 servings. Enjoy!
