Patti's Homeade Salsa

Introduction

A fresh tasting salsa right from your garden or local Farmers Market! A fresh tasting salsa right from your garden or local Farmers Market!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 Large Tomatoes, chopped
    1 Large Green Pepper, diced
    1 Medium Onion, diced
    1 Jalapeno, diced
    2 cloves of Garlic, minced
    2 TBS. Lime Juice (or Lemon)
    1 TBS dried cilantro or 2 tbs fresh chopped
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Mix all together in a bowl and place in fridge for about an hour to let flavors blend. You can add yellow and red peppers or any kind of chili's or hot peppers. You can use lime or lemon juice (I prefer lime). Great with low fat sour cream and chips Or on top of Tilapia baked in foil or on the grill.
