Ingredients

    It is kinda late so I will give you the basic formula I worked out. If you are eating 2,000 cal. a day just double the amounts. If it is 1200 then you will have to add the 200 cal. evenly over all the 30 %Pro; Carb40%; Fat 30%.

    1,000 Calories a day
    Pro 308 cal. 30% 77grm.

    Carbs, 400 cal 40% 100grm.

    Fat 292 30% 32grm.

    Potassium 4500-6000
    Magnesium 105-175
    Folic acid (folate) 100-250
    fiber 21 grms
    vit c 100-200 (75mg)
    b12 100-200 (2.4mcg)
    b6 100-200 (1.3-1.5 or 2-3mg) (don't even remember why
    sodium 1000-15000
    Omegas (fatty acids) 2.5-5g
