Introduction

This meal was designed to feed my family for several days. The proper portion size would be 1 cup per serving. This meal was designed to feed my family for several days. The proper portion size would be 1 cup per serving.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Zucchini.....3 medium sized
    Squash......3 medium sized
    Potatoes....3 large sized
    Tomatoe....1 can stewed
    Tomatoe paste...1 can (6oz)
    Steak (cubed) .....3lbs
    Baby carrots....1 large bag
    Celery.......3 cups diced
    Onion.......1 cup diced
    Salt
    Black Pepper
    Garlic......1 clove

Directions

Dice up all vegetables,potatoes,meat, onion and garlic clove. Lightly cook meat in a skillet (ungreased) then pour into pot to boil cook with diced up vegtables. add salt and pepper to taste.
