**Quick and Yummy Salsa**

Introduction

This is very quick and much cheaper than store-bought salsa. You don't have to cook it or blend it, but I prefer a smooth salsa. This is very quick and much cheaper than store-bought salsa. You don't have to cook it or blend it, but I prefer a smooth salsa.
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    2 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles, whatever flavor you like
    1-2 cloves garlic
    1 t. salt (optional)
    1 t. cumin
    lime juice, optional

Directions

Cook all ingredients on medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes, or until garlic is tender. Pour cooled mixture into blender, or use stick blender. Store in airtight container in fridge.

Makes app. 32 2-tablespoon servings.
