Egg White Omelet

Introduction

Basic recipe for a one serving omelet. Add chopped vegetables as desired. Basic recipe for a one serving omelet. Add chopped vegetables as desired.

Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    1 Tablespoon Skim Milk
    2 Tablespoons Kraft 2% Mexican Cheese
    Lite Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Beat egg whites and milk with a fork until frothy. Pour into small non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam. Witha spatula, stir egg to center until eggs begin to set. With turner, flip egg over. Sprinkle shredded cheese on the end of one side. Flip other side over to cover cheese. Continue to cook each side of omelet until cheese is melted.
