Ingredients

    2 eggs, beaten
    1 clove garlic, minced
    ½ small onion, diced
    ½ yellow pepper, diced
    ½ hot pepper, like jalapeno
    1 small whole grain tortilla
    ½ cup berries

Directions

Saute vegetables in fry pan with cooking spray until tender. Add egg and cook until set, about 3 min. Serve in tortilla with berries on the side.
