1/2 cup La Choy stir fry sauce 1 bag of stir fry vegetables, your choice, thawed 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into strips or cubes 2 tbsp light olive oil
Pour 2 tbsp of light olive oil into large skillet and heat until warm, then add the cooked chicken strips or cubes. Stir fry them for about 2 minutes just to warm them up, then add thawed stir fry veggies to the pan. Continue to stir fry for approximately 6 or 7 minutes or until veggies are to desired temperature and doneness. Add 1/2 cup stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, and serve. Can be served alone or over white rice. (Nutrition info for this recipe assumes serving alone.) Makes 4 equal servings.
