Introduction

This mini energy bar is filling without added fat, sugar, or anything artificial. If you can find sour cherries it will add i nice tartness to it. This mini energy bar is filling without added fat, sugar, or anything artificial. If you can find sour cherries it will add i nice tartness to it.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Almonds- 105 grams
    Dried dates- 250 grams
    Unsweetened dried cherries- 150 grams

Directions

Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until it forms kind of a ball. On a wax or parchment lined pan or pyrex, press mixture to approx. 1/2" thick. Place in freezer for a few minutes before cutting into 20 pieces. Wrap the pieces in wax paper for easy on the go snacks.
