Ingredients

    2 portabella
    onion
    pepper
    mozzarella shredded
    kashi crackers(7 grain)
    brummel and brown spread
    olive oil
    salt
    pepper

Directions

crush crackers and put aside

chop spinach ,onion and pepper then cook in olive oil in skillet till tender throwing in spinach last.

Mix cooked veggies with crushed crackers,salt and pepper then melt spread into .

Stuff each mushroomwith half of mixture

cook on 350 for 25 min.
