1 head cabbage, shredded
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 -2 cans V-8 Juice (12 oz)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions
Mix all ingredients and chill. This can be made the day before and tastes better as it sits. Makes 12, 1/2 cup servings
