Ingredients

    1 stick butter
    2 large cans peaches
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup cinnamon and sugar mixture

Directions

Place large cast iron skillet or casserole in oven. Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, sugar, and milk together. When butter melts, add peaches with juice. Top with flour mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Makes 12 1/2 cup servings
