2) Dice green onions and brown with mushrooms
3) Prepare brown rice by boiling
4) Cook fish over mushrooms and green onions
5) As fish cooks chop it so that it is mixed in with the mushroom and onions
6) Once fish is cooked pour diced tomatoes over the fish, mushroom and onion mixture
7) Cook mixture until it is warm through out
Serve rice and mixture together.
