    100 grams skinless chicken breast
    1 can peas
    2 chopped onions
    1 can tomato (plain or with herbs)
    1 clove garlic
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 tbsp curry powder

Directions

Fry the chicken and onion for 5 minutes then add the other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
