Lentils, 1 cup (remove)
Water, tap, 5.75 cup (8 fl oz)
Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
*Safflower Oil, oleic, 1 tbsp
garam masala 1tsp
cilantro t tbsp
beef boullion 6 cubes
Heat the oil (olive, safflower, whatever flavored oil you have on hand) in a small pan.
When heated, throw the remaining spices in the oil to heat until fragrant= a few minutes at most
Add the oil and spices to the crock pot.
Allow to heat in crock pot about 8 hours
