Ingredients

    - 2 medium Onions, raw, 300 grams
    - 2 bottles Carla's home canned tomatoes ( 500 ml jars)
    - 1 head Garlic, 22 grams
    - 2 cans Mushrooms - Compliments - Canned Pieces & Stems (284 ml can, 1 Serving = 1/2 cup, 125 ml), 2.27 cup
    - Chili powder, 4 tbsp
    - Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
    - Pasta Sauce - Primo - Think & Zesty, Original (1 Serv= 1/2 c, 125 ml), 2.72 cup
    - Ground beef, lean, 32 oz (2 lb pkg)
    - Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    - Pasta Sauce - Hunts, Thick & Rich, Four Cheese (1 Serv= 1/2 c, 125 ml), 1.36 cup
    - Tomato Paste - Unico (1 can = 156 ml, 5.5 oz) (1 Serv = 2 tbsp, 30 ml), 10.4 tbsp
    - Hot Sauce - Lee Kum Kee, Sriracha Chilli Sauce (1 Serv = 5 ml, 1 tsp), 3 tsp
    - Beans - Black - Unico (1 Serv = 1/2 c, 125 ml), 2.16 cup
    Beans - Faba - Unico (1 Serv= 1/2 c, 120 g), 2.16 cup
    - Beans - Kidney, Red - Unico (1 Serving = 120 ml, 1/2 c), 2.16 cup
    - Beans - Lipini - Unico (1 Serv=1/2 c, 125 ml), 2.16 cup

Directions

Cook meat until brown. Add everything except beans & mushrooms. Cook for 1.5 hours, Add beans & mushrooms & cook for 15 - 20 minutes longer.

Makes about 18 cups.
