Carla's Homemade Chilie #2

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 medium onion
    3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can pasta sauce
    2 cans mushrooms
    4 stalks celery
    1.5 cups dry white beans soaked overnight
    1 cup dry red kidney beans soaked overnight
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    2 - 3 tbsp Chili Powder

Directions

Mix beef, onion & garlic into pan and cook until beef is browned. Add tomatoes, sauce, mushrooms, celery, salt, pepper, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, & kidney beans. Cook for about 1 - 1.5 hours.

Makes 9, 1.5 cup servings.
