Very similiar to salmon patties I make. I like adding the cream cheese for a different flavor. To increase my veggies, I also add some grated carrots. - 3/27/07

Very nice. I have never made a fish 'patty' before. Am pretty new to cooking fish in general. These were easy and good. Used fresh dill instead of dried and made into 3 patties instead of 4 because it served as half of a meal with stuffed peppers. Will definitely make again! - 2/3/09

  • We all loved this, from the teenagers to the preschooler! My husband wished it had some crackers in it or something for crunch. I doubled the recipe for my family, and replaced about 1/4 cup breadcrumbs with flax seed. We made the cakes smaller so each plate had a row of 2-3. Delicious! - 1/20/11
