Introductionhearty and filling use for leftovers hearty and filling use for leftovers
Cooked Chicken, light meat, leftovers are perfect
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Beans, pinto, 1 cup, or a can of whatever beans you like
Egg Noodles, enriched, 2 oz
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or about 2 large tomotoes
Salt, 1 tsp, to taste
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp, to taste
Italian seasonings of your choice
Simmer until the meat falls off the bones.
Pick out the bones & skin.
Return the broth & meat to the burner.
Add all of the veggies & spices & bring to a boil.
Add the noodles & cook until noodles & carrots are soft - about 10-15 minutes.
