Good, but a little heavy, as any whole wheat muffin with no oil will be. I increased the cinnamon to 2 tea. because I like cinnamon and increased the applesauce to a whole cup. No banana. I like them and will make them again. - 9/18/11

I came up with a cooking temp of 350 F and checked them often. At 20 mins my little knife came out clean(no t-pick).Made 10 count instead. They were still moist without banana.I really liked this recipe!I used a nonstick pan so no greasing.Came out just fine. Thanks it was my first spark baked treat - 9/3/09
