    1 cup whole wheat flour1 TBSP Baking Powder1/2 tsp. baking sodaDash of salt1 Cup Mashed Banana1/4 Cup Splenda1 egg1/2 tsp. vanilla1/4 Cup ApplesauceDash of Cinnamon


Mix bananas, splenda, egg, vanilla and applesauce in bowl. Added sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Put into greased muffin pan. cook for 18-20 mins.
