Veggies and rice

Ingredients

    1/2 cup wild rice
    1 zucchini, diced
    1 yellow bell pepper, diced
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic

Directions

Cook rice and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet, add garlic and sautee until fragrant, add veggies and sautee until crisp-tender, add rice and combine well, add soy sauce and stir to combine, remove from heat and serve.
