Introduction

If you want Mexican flavor and low calories & Low fat - no frying involved...... you are going to LOVE this. (ENJOY this lovely dish you could add alvacado with lemon and a great high fiber side can be rinsed black beans) If you want Mexican flavor and low calories & Low fat - no frying involved...... you are going to LOVE this. Ingredients

    The Talapia fish in this recipe is a mild fish, any fish can be substituted (fish = 100 calories)
    I cannot believe it is not butter spray - 5 sprays (0 calories)
    Cabbage - Red & Green (5.5 calories - adds a crunchy texture)
    corn tortillas (56 calories)
    Herdez Salsa (2 tbsp = 10 calories)

Directions

Place thawed fish on foil and spray on the I cannot believe its not butter, add tony cacheries low sodium just a sprinkle, and place in the oven on broil for approx. 10 minutes. In the mean time in a skillet heat the tortilla and cut up the cabbage. When fish is finished place cabbage on tortilla add fish and spoon on salsa. ENJOY this lovely dish a great high fiber side can be rinsed black beans.....
