Lousiana Style Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients

    3 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    5 Cloves Garlic
    16 oz Extra Large Shrimp, raw
    1 1/2 tsp. Louisiana Style Barbecue Seasoning
    1/2 cup White Wine
    3 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
    1 sprig fresh Rosemary
    1 tsp. Pepper, black

Directions

Preheat large saute pan on med-high heat 2-3 min. Pleace butter in pan; swril to coat. Crush garlic, using garlic press, into saute pan. Cook 2 minutes, stirring often until garlic is golden.

Drain Shrimp and pat dry; sprinkle with seasoning. Add shrimp to pan; cook 4-6 minutes, turning often, until shrimp are opaque. Remove shrimp from pan.

Add remaining ingredients to pan; cook 2-3 minutes until liquid is reduced in volume by one half.

Suggestion: Serve sauce and shrimp with prepared dirty rice.
