Introduction

THIS IS A RICH CREAMY LOW FAT VERSION! THIS IS A RICH CREAMY LOW FAT VERSION!
Number of Servings: 19

Ingredients

    1 CAN BLACK BEANS RINSED WELL
    2 tbl TAHINI
    2 tbl WATER (MORE OR LESS)
    1 tbl LIME JUICE
    1/2 TSP SALT
    3 CLOVES GARLIC ( I like it garlicy I added 5 to mine)

Directions

rinse beans very well to remove excess salt, place allitems in food processor and whirl away. You can increase water to thin out as desired. makes 1 3/4 cups hummus and 19 2TBL servinsg enjoy!!
