Ingredients

4-6 Tilapia fish fillets
1/4 cup Fat-free mayo
2 Tbsp grated parmesean cheese
1 sliced green onion
1 tsp Worcestershire
Directions
Place fish fillets in sprayed baking dish. In a bowl, stir remaining ingrediets together and then spread over fish. Bake, uncovered, in 450 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, until fish is flaky. Serve with wild rice and broccoli/cauliflower combo. Makes 4-6 servings.
