    1.25 C crushed graham crackers
    3 T melted margarine
    3 T brown sugar
    1 small pkg. sugar-free, fat-free instant lemon pudding mix
    1 C skim milk
    8 oz. fat free cream cheese
    8 oz. lite cool whip


Mix crushed graham crackers, melted margarine, and brown sugar together. Press into Pam sprayed 9 X 13 pan. In large mixer bowl, soften cream cheese. Add and blend milk. Add pudding mix and blend on low for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool whip or blend on low. Pour over graham cracker crust and chill till ready to serve.

Makes 12 - 3 X 2.5 inch servings.
