Introduction

My dad can't eat alot of sodium or soy products of any kind, so stir frys are pretty much out of the question. This recipe gives you that same flavor of stir fry without all of the sodium and calories. This recipe has a perfect proportion of calories, carbs, proteins, and fats! Directions

1. Cook rice. Minute-rice works great!
2. Saute onions in pan. (or I like to use left over onions from fajitas) Remove from pan and cook chicken with some salt and pepper seasoning.
3. Cook vegetables in the microwave.
4. Combine all ingredients together and add garlic powder.

Enjoy!

Not bad at all! I love all the vegetables! I used brown rice instead of Minute Rice to add fiber and other nutrients. I'll make this again. - 5/14/09

  • Really good, I just added two cloves of minced garlic to the onions when they cooked instead of using powder. Tasty!!! - 1/28/10
