1/4 cup Egg beaters (or other liquid egg substitute)
1 slice Kraft 2% American Cheese singles
1/2 ounce Boar's Head Maple Honey Coat Ham
1 Thomas Honey Wheat English Muffin
Nonstick cooking spray
Meanwhile, spray a small bowl with nonstick cooking spray and add the egg beaters. Microwave on high for 45 seconds.
When the english muffin is done, place the cooked egg on one side and top with 1/2 ounce of honey ham and 1 slice of reduced fat american cheese.
Wonderful served with fresh fruit and coffee! (not included in the nutritionals)
