Chicken a l'Orange

Ingredients

    4 split chicken breasts
    2 cups rice
    2 cups orange juice
    1 can condensed mushroom soup

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large casserole with lid, put 2 cups raw rice. Cover with 4 split chicken breasts or 1 cut-up chicken. In a 1 quart mixing bowl, put 1 can condensed mushroom soup, 2 cups orange juice, and 1 package onion soup mix. Stir until well-mixed. Pour over chicken. Bake 2 and a half hours with lid on. Serves 8 with side vegetable & salad.
