This recipe uses yogurt cheese and low fat cottage cheese.
I used some banana for sweetness, and used less sugar than a standard cheesecake.

Ingredients

PRESS-IN CHOCOLATE CRUST
1/3 cup all-purpose, unbleached, enriched flour
1/3 cup spelt
1/3 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup dark, unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsp sucanat (raw cane sugar)
3 tbsp becel olive oil spread
4 tbsp cold water
FILLING
750 gram container of fat free, natural, plain yogurt*
1 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
4 egg whites
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup sucanat
2 tsp lemon juice
2 small bananas
*the day before you make this recipe... take a colandar or a sieve and line with coffee filters (or cheesecloth).
Place the entire container of yogurt in the colandar. Remember to place a bowl underneath to catch the liquid. After a day you will end up with YOGURT CHEESE
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all the dry CRUST ingredients in a bowl. Add the olive oil spread and cut in with a pastry blender. Add cold water. Press into pan You may want to use a springform pan.
Next, combine all filling ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into crust.
Bake for 55 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
VARIATION: drizzle some dark melted chocolate over top.
