Basic Meatloaf

Introduction

This is a BASIC meatloaf recipe, leave it as it is or add ingredients as desired but remember to track the extra calories! This is a BASIC meatloaf recipe, leave it as it is or add ingredients as desired but remember to track the extra calories!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    450gr Lean ground beef
    1pkg Lipton Onion soup mix
    1/4 cup of diced celery
    1 large Egg
    2 tbsp of A1 steak sauce

Directions

Place seperated ground beef in a large bowl. Add egg, diced celery, dry soup mix, A1 sauce and mix well with your hands. Pack lightly into a loaf pan making sure that the pan is about 3/4 of the way full. Cover very lightly with foil and bake in the oven at 400 for 60-90 minutes. For easy clean up I bake it in the disposabe foil loaf pans :)
